Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use AnyFrame. If you're using AnyFrame on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You sign in to AnyFrame using GitHub OAuth. You're responsible for activity on your account, for keeping your GitHub credentials secure, and for promptly notifying us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional verification for security-sensitive actions.

AnyFrame provides on-demand sandboxes (“frames”) you can spawn, pause, resume, and snapshot through our SDK, API, or web console. Frames come with standard developer tooling and one of the supported AI agent harnesses. Specific features and limits are described at anyframe.dev and in our documentation.

You may use AnyFrame to run any code you have the legal right to run. You agree not to use AnyFrame to:

• Mine cryptocurrency or run other workloads designed primarily to extract value from compute resources.
• Send spam, conduct phishing, or otherwise abuse third-party services.
• Distribute malware, run command-and-control infrastructure, or perform unauthorized scanning, intrusion, or DoS activity.
• Generate, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material or other content unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Attempt to escape frame isolation, access other customers' data, or interfere with platform infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer the platform itself, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or wrap AnyFrame as a substantially similar product without a written agreement.

We may inspect frame metadata (resource usage, network destinations, system calls) to detect violations. We may inspect frame contents only when we have concrete reason to believe a violation is occurring and platform safety is at risk; such access is logged.

You retain all rights to the code, data, and other materials you place inside frames (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as needed to provide the service.

We do not use Customer Content to train models. We retain all rights in the platform, SDKs, documentation, and our own marks. Feedback you send us may be used without restriction or compensation.

While AnyFrame is in early access, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no service-level commitment. We may introduce, change, or remove features at any time. Frames and snapshots may be lost in the event of incidents; we strongly recommend keeping authoritative copies of any work that matters outside AnyFrame. SLAs, uptime credits, and migration commitments will be added when we move to general availability.

Early access is free for invited users. Paid plans, if any, will be announced before they take effect, and you'll be given the option to accept new pricing or stop using paid features. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing us or deleting it in-product. We may suspend or terminate your access if (a) you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, (b) your use threatens platform stability or other users, (c) we're required to do so by law, or (d) we discontinue the service.

On termination: your right to use the service ends, we'll give you a reasonable window to retrieve Customer Content, and Customer Content will be deleted within 30 days (subject to legally required retention). Sections that by their nature should survive — IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law — survive termination.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ANYFRAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You will indemnify and hold harmless AnyFrame and its officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claim arising from (a) your Customer Content, (b) your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of applicable law. We'll notify you of any such claim and let you control the defense, provided we approve any settlement that imposes obligations on us.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding AnyFrame. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to us go to [email protected].
